| How do I care for my gourmet treats, and how long will they last? |
All-natural Fairytale Brownies are free of trans fats, hydrogenated oils, preservatives and artificial colors.
Our brownies are guaranteed fresh upon arrival, and brownie care instructions are included in every gift
box. If not indulging within one week, freezing is recommended. Fairytale Brownies treats are individually wrapped,
and thawing takes less than one hour at room temperature.
Fairytale Brownies remain fresh 14 days at room temperature, 30 days refrigerated and 6 months frozen.
Fairytale Cookies remain fresh 7 days at room temperature, 30 days refrigerated and 6 months frozen.
Fairytale Bars remain fresh 14 days at room temperature, 30 days refrigerated and 6 months frozen.

Steps to sending to an APO/FPO address:
- Choose the gift you would like to send.
- Enter the recipients' First and Last name and quantity then click the "Add to Brownie Bag" button.
- Continue to the checkout process.
- At checkout, if you are a returning customer, enter your name or email address and password. If you are a new customer, fill out the new customer form & proceed.
- At Step 1 of checkout, click the Gold "Enter Recipient Address" button.
- When the enter address window appears, in the address field, enter the necessary shipping information.
- In the city field, enter APO or FPO.
- In the state drop down list, choose AE, AA or AP.
- In the zip code field, enter the 5 digit zip code.
- Click to verify* and complete order.

| Why do I have to pay tax? |
| The Arizona Department of Revenue and the City Of Phoenix require that we collect sales tax on orders placed with us by Arizona residents as determined by the billing address of the credit card used to place
your order. Also, orders which are shipped to an address within the State of Arizona. In either of these two cases, a tax of 9.30% will be charged on the merchandise amount only. There is no tax on shipping charges. |

Fairytale Brownies donates thousands of pounds of brownies to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, an organization committed to serving the needs of the poor and to providing
an opportunity for those more fortunate to serve others. On a national level, Fairytale Brownies supports KaBOOM!, a nonprofit organization that empowers communities to build
playgrounds, with dollars and brownie gifts.
Because we have committed to these particular organizations, we are not able to consider other individual donations. |

| What shipping carrier do you use? |
| Gifts are shipped via UPS Ground or UPS 3-Day, which are both premium shipping methods. Due to the perishable nature of Fairytale Brownies, we want your gift to
arrive as quickly as possible with standard shipping. |
| What are summer shipping charges and why am I charged? |
| From June 1 through September 30 we charge an additional $2.00 per address to cover the cost of summer shipping supplies. We include a reusable ice pack and an insulated
box to protect your Fairytale Brownies from the heat. |
| Why does my order take longer to arrive in the summer? |
| During the summer months, we have limited shipping days. We avoid shipping later in the week so your Fairytale Brownies order doesn't sit at a UPS facility over the weekend. Standard shipping is available
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Orders placed after 2 p.m. AZ time on Wednesday are held until the following Monday. |
| Why did my brownies arrive warm? Are they still ok to eat? |
| The reusable ice pack and insulated box ensure your gift makes it out of Arizona without melting. When your gift box arrives, the ice pack will be melted and the brownies will be warm. There is
no loss of quality with warm brownies. Your Fairytale Brownies can be placed in the refrigerator or freezer upon arrival to cool them. Or, they can be enjoyed immediately! |
| Can I track a USPS order? |
| Orders shipped via USPS Priority mail cant be tracked. Your shipping confirmation email will
contain a tracking number for your convenience. If possible, please ship to a physical address so the gift can be shipped UPS. |
| Am I charged for reroute due to an incorrect address? |
| Yes. Rerouting due to an incorrect address will incur a $10 charge. |

| How do I add items to my Brownie Bag? |
If you are shipping a gift to yourself, enter the quantity desired in the QTY box next to the SHIP TO ME field, then click the "Add To Brownie Bag" button to add the gift to your Brownie Bag. Your
gift will appear in the Brownie Bag on the right side of the screen.
If you are shipping a gift to someone other than yourself, enter the First and Last Name of your gift recipient and then enter in the desired quantity in the QTY box.
Then, click the "Add To Brownie Bag" button to add the gift to your Brownie Bag. Your gift will appear in the Brownie Bag on the right side of the screen. |
| How do I shop using my address book? |
| If you have stored addresses in your address book (from placing previous orders online), you can recall these addresses for easy shopping. To use your address book, you simply need to log-in to your account then

| Fairytale Brownies offers two options for gift messages. We have a free complementary gift card that contains your personalized gift message. To choose the complementary gift card, click the "Use Complementary Card" button at Step 2 of the checkout process. |

| We also offer store quality greeting cards that can be personalized with your photo or logo for only $3.95. To choose the store quality gift card, click the "View All Cards"

| How do I ship two gifts to different people at the same address? |
Shipping two gifts to different people at the same address requries two separate shipments. You will have to enter each recipient and address separately.
Step 1: While shopping, choose the gift(s) you would like to send. Type in the First and Last name and quantity for the first recipient then click the "Add to Brownie Bag" button.
Step 2: If you would like to send the same gift to the second recipient, type in the First and Last name of the second recipient and quantity and click the "Add to Brownie Bag" button. If you would like to send a different gift,
continue shopping and follow step 1 for the second recipient.
You will notice that your Brownie Bag has two separate shipments. When you reach checkout, enter the same delivery address for each recipient separately. |

After you've typed in the Brownie Card number, click the "Check Brownie Card Status" button for available funds. Once your funds have been verified, choose the amount you would like to use towards your order and click the "Apply
To Order" button.

accepted in EPS or Adobe Illustrator with all fonts converted to outlines, or high-resolution TIFF and JPEG files at 300 dpi
or greater. If you are unable to provide one of these formats, we may be able to redraw your electronic artwork for $75
per hour charge (with your approval).
